Program Volunteer Opportunity!!

Caswell Community Association is in serious need of volunteers willing to help with community programming. At the last board meeting, a unanimous decision was made to formally split up the heavy programming role and attract more people to the team. The new model includes 8 members of the programming committee with no obligation to hold a seat on the Community Association board. The plan is that the duties are split up and defined well enough that people can work remotely with each other. Some positions have already been filled. We're still looking for 1 more volunteer. Here is a summary of what we need. If you can help or have questions please contact Theresa at caswellprograms@gmail.com. PLEASE HELP!

So far, our committee consists of the following:

  • Tricia Ashbee, Toddler Programming Coordinator
  • Victoria Karoline, Yoga Coordinator
  • Noni Hanson-Pastran, Soccer Coordinator
  • Rachel Engler-Stringer, Advertising Coordinator
  • Joyce Doran, Bookkeeper
  • Youth Programming Coordinator:

    - plans & schedules youth programs (currently youth open gym, MeTaWeTan, youth floor hockey, chess club, karate)

    - recruitment of & contact with coaches/instructors

    - contact with Momentum Martial Arts

All available committee members and board members help with registration in September & January.

We can use all the help we can get!!!! Please contact Theresa at caswellprograms@gmail.com if you’re interested in helping out or if you have any questions.
