All residents of Caswell Hill are welcome to attend Caswell Community Association meetings.

Caswell Hill boundaries are as follows:
North/South boundaries are between 22nd St W and 33rd St W.
East/West boundaries are between Idylwyld Drive and Ave H North.
Residents living inside these boundaries are in Caswell Hill.


Are you interested in helping out or getting involved in your community?

Caswell Community Association is looking to fill the following position on our board: Newsleter/Communications Coordinator. We are also looking for people willing to help with community programming. If you can help or have questions please contact us at info@caswellhill.ca.

As Needed Volunteer Jobs: 1-2 Hours Only

Want to get involved, but don't want to commit? The following jobs are perfect for that--lend us a hand with these jobs that crop up during the year:

  • Newsletter Delivery
  • Flyer Delivery
  • Help with Program Registration Nights
  • Rink Flooding
  • Rink Clearing
  • Event Postering
  • Event Day Help
  • We would certainly appreciate any help you can provide! Most will take only one or two hours of your time. Please contact us at info@caswellhill.ca if you are willing to help with any of these activities.

    Volunteer Committees

    Standing Comittees residents can volunteer on:

  • Newsletter/Communications
  • Programming
  • Civics
  • Events
  • Rink
  • These committees meet throughout the year as needed to plan the various items associated with them. Residents do not need to be board members to volunteer on committees. You are welcome to come to a meeting to check it out with no obligation to join. Please contact us at info@caswellhill.ca if you would like to know more.

    Community Association AGM

    Our Annual General Meeting gives community residents the opportunity to elect new board members, approve the annual budget and discuss particular projects and issues. All residents of Caswell Hill are welcome.


    This year's AGM meeting was on Nov 2, 2022. A new board of directors will be elected. Our current board of directors can be viewed here.
