This September, the Caswell Hill Community Association will reintroduce art to Caswell Hill with a brand-new twist—welcome to Art in the Heart! Join us on September 8th, 2024, from 1-5pm at the charming Christ Church Anglican Church for an afternoon filled with creativity, music, and community spirit.
This year’s event promises all the highlights you love from our previous ‘Art in the Park’ gatherings, in a cozier setting. Wander through stalls featuring talented local vendors showcasing their unique creations. Inside the church, let the melodies of local musicians fill your soul. We have open mic spots from 1-5pm for aspiring musicians, as well as some professional performers.
Outside, the church lawn hosts families and kids with delightful activities, including face painting and a mouth-watering BBQ.
Art in the Heart is not just about fun; it’s also a heartfelt cause. We’re raising funds for both the Caswell Hill Community Association and Christ Church Anglican. In the spirit of giving, we encourage attendees to bring food donations for the local food bank as a unique way to ‘pay’ for the musical performances.
