STYLUS is a Saskatoon-based trio blending lush harmonies, atmospheric textures, and driving percussion into a sound that moves effortlessly from dreamy to electrifying. Featuring Rebecca Celeste, Rylan Schultz, and Hal Schrenk, the group combines original songs with inventive covers, creating immersive performances packed with emotion, chemistry, and a fresh modern vibe that connects deeply with audiences.
Curtis Peeteetuce is an award-winning multidisciplinary artist from the Beardy’s & Okemasis Cree Nation. Since 2001, he has had the honour of working with many talented people in theatre, radio drama, music and film. He is a storyteller, actor, writer, director, dancer, musician and the playwright for the popular rez Christmas story series and Popcorn Elder. He currently works in Saskatoon in education supporting students connect with their culture, language and history. He dedicates all his accomplishments to his son Mahihkan.
The Bridge City Brass Band was formed in 2008 and is currently directed by Ian Krips. Members of the band include adults of diverse professional backgrounds including music education and performance professionals as well as university and high school students. The band performs regularly in Saskatoon with repertoire spanning all genres of brass band music from classical to contemporary.
Bridge City Brass Band Director, Ian Krips began his music career at the University of Saskatchewan where he was principal horn in the Wind Orchestra and a tenor in the Greystone Singers. Ian has been involved in community music his entire career and has been a member of the Saskatoon Chamber Singers, Saskatoon Opera Association chorus, and Bridge City Brass Band. He is currently the principal horn in the Saskatoon Brass Band and the director of the Bridge City Brass Band.
