Gentle Fitness Yoga

Description

A slower paced yoga class featuring a gentle non-competitive approach to fitness and well-being, with more emphasis on the breath, warm up, gentle strengthening, and flexibility, including modifications. We will explore basic and restorative yoga poses with breath to stretch & strengthen the body and relax & calm the mind. It is a great choice to unwind at the end of your day, practice self-care, and focus on you. Ages 18+. Beginners welcome. No yoga experience required.

Bring a yoga mat, 2 blocks, strap, and water bottle. Recommended to wear loose or stretchy clothes in which you can easily move.
